Reason for writing
- Counter bug or wrong number. Include the URL of the counter, a copy of the input, and what you expected to see. We fix these the same day whenever possible.
- Platform limit changed. A link to the platform’s own announcement or docs speeds up the fix.
- Feature request. Tell us the job you were trying to do; we prioritize by how many people share the same job.
- Press or partnership. Say so in the subject line and we will route it.
- Affiliate or ad enquiry. We only run Ezoic display and a small hand-picked affiliate set. No sponsored posts.
What we do not do by email
We do not count files for you. Every counter on the site runs in your browser, so we cannot see your text or your PDF even if you sent it. Please use the tool.
